THE FIRST LOOK!

 After he saw me, said: "you look like Ponyo" jajaj.. It might be because I'm always jumping or happy.... That is my expression!

Yes! We are Goofy...

 I do not remember what we were talking about but that's my days with Alex, he makes  me laugh and happy all the time 

I have to make sure he smiles...right? I was making faces and he could not resist it.....

 My favorite: We are getting married in a couple weeks!!! Yeah!



COINCIDENCE OR FATE

 

 

 

 

First time I have met him

 

This photo was taken on Saturday February 6th,  2013  and it was the first time I talked to Alex we were making Chinese food. I offer my house to make this delicious food. I am not very sure if everybody was satisfied with their little portions. Coincidence or fate we got married on February 20th 2015!!!

 

We did not plan that I just found out..:)

 

 

 

 

 

The Arches

Since I came to Utah I wanted to go to Moab and see the Arches but my desire was to go there with an special person; someone who can be in life for ever. One of my dreams were to go there with my future husband and see the sunrise. 

I remembered planning per weeks to go with a bunch of friends and one day before we go the car broke. It was really sad for me and I started thinking that my dream will never come true.

 

Coincidence or fate....the singles ward were preparing this activity which is: Go to Moab, jeeping, camping, etc. Alex invite me to go with them at the beginning I was not sure if I want to go, but I thought: wait a minute...One of my dreams were to go to Moab with someone special in my life!!! YOU ARE THE SPECIAL PERSON...Yes. I want to go with YOU

 So, I call my lovely babe and I confirmed that I will go with him and his friends.

 

I love Moab in the night you can see all the stars in the sky. Unfortunately, I do not have a picture but that night we talked under the stars for hours. I was really happy to be with him and understand his feelings. My husband has a sweet heart and his sweet words were melting my heart.

  Alex took me to the Arches and we saw the sunrise together. It was really romantic and lovely :)

 

I can testify with all my heart and mind and strength that Heavenly Father is watching over us and He knows our feelings and desires. He loves us with a perfect love. We are his children and he wants the best for each of one of us. I am so thankful that I listened His words talking to my hears telling me to be patient and trust in Him. 

 

Today, I can say that it was worth it to wait!!!

 

 

 

The Proposal

 

Every girl has a dream in how or where her proposal would be like...and of course I had one or maybe two or three ideas where I would like to be proposed by my lovely man;

"The first idea was in Moab behind the big Arch"

"The second idea was in a hike going to Timpanogos"

"The third was with a puppy!"

Coincidence or fate: My lovely husband proposed me to marry him with a Puppy :)

In this point of conversation I can tell that I learned something new. It was not fate or coincidence; it was Obedience.

Only obedience to the promptings of our Father that wants the best for his children. He commands and we obey...Come on! How I could forget what I learned in the Young Women Program I learned to pray, ponder, act upon your promptings of the Spirit of the Lord. How I could forget that???

 

I testified that my husband was fulfill of the Spirit and he obey all the promptings received from our Heavenly Father; Alex not only followed his feelings he also followed the counsel of the Lord thus I was falling in love each second. His obedience and trust in the Lord are admirable.

 

Here is how works: Obedience- brings ideas(promptings) act upon-you received an answer

 

 

The Proposal

Alex and I were apart for almost a year and after being separate for all those months, we decided to reconsider and make it work!!!

Here is another best part of this story. When we decide to come back Alex asked me to be his girlfriend again!  These are the words that I will never forget: Danny,  I love you and I was an stupid last time when I let you go. Today, I promise that I won't let you go NEVER again.
 I want to have  an eternal family with you.... Guys.. Do you know what these means?

I couldn't imagine that I was in front of my future husband. Right after I kiss him the confirmation was fulfilled and I see myself with this wonderful children of God sealed in the House of the Lord for ever.

I was waiting to find the correct person for me and it was right there in front of me all these years. I was jumping of happiness and asking my friends to pinch me because I was waiting for this moment all my life!!!

After two months of dating, Alex asked me to marry him.
He prepared everything for this wonderful moment...



It seems like it was only yesterday that I saw this wonderful man kneeling in the ground asking me to marry him. My heart was beating faster my eyes full of tears and he made me feel the most happy women in the entire world and again the confirmation of the Spirit of the Lord was there sealing my answer with a: Yes!!

"I love you Alejandro Arroz con todo mi Corazon y quiero estar contigo por toda la eternidad"...were my words...."He gave me the precious"(this phrase was taken from the Lord of the Rings movie jeje)

 Alex and I served Missions in Texas in different areas. We are so happy to served the Lord and go through different and amazing experiences that can help us to have wisdom in 

our lives and prepare us to have a family today. 

 

I would like to express my appreciation to my wonderful BFF's..

 

Alex, you are my life, my heart, my soul, my everything. I love the way you are and if I have to born again I will still chose you as my friend and lovely husband, you mean a lot to me and I want to make sure that you know that, I want to make you happy because you deserved it. I do not promise a perfect happiness but a correct and pleasant life. Be only for you, just for you, hug you in the sadness and kiss you in the sickness.

Pray with you, walk with you, and served the Lord with you. 

Thank you for being a good example to me for teaching me to be a good daughter of God. 

I love you husband for Ever!!!

The Engagement

 

This is my favorite part of this story: I met Alex in my ward since 2012 like you know no intention to marry "only friends"

 

I can write a novella of all the experiences of things and awkward moments that I went through wile dating him. First of all, Alex changed my life in a scale of 360°.

 

It was in 2012 that I considered him as my friend and in November 2013 I saw him attractive, brilliant, handsome, full of love. I saw an imperfect man with the desire to follow our Father in Heaven. His goal is to be a  Disciple of Jesus Christ. He did not mention that to me, I saw him doing his best day by day and silently he was making me love the Gospel, love to serve, he make me love and magnify my callings in the Church. I already had a desire but not strapping as I have today. 

 

I love my best friend!!!

Our love started increasing little by little doing little things here and there.

Love is a Natural Developing Feeling

 

It is really interesting how love can grow in different ways but, what is love? Love is a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes that ranges from interpersonal affection ("I love my mother")  ("I love my food") (I love my car")

In my opinion the meaning of love is: "This guy laid down and letting me draw his toes while sleeping"

A couple years ago I was afraid to try different kind of dishes because nobody wants to pay for something that you are not going to eat.

The manner that I expressed love was going to a Restaurant to eat "Pho" with them. I do not regret it....I love Pho and it was worth it!

Good company, good food, wonderful memories.

 My best Friend

I realized that money cannot buy memories and happiness. Money is not necessary when you want to have fun! In this picture we went to the Dollar Store to have fun!

 This picture was taken in Salt Lake City it was a Rock Concert. Que Viva el Rock!!!

He taught me that you can have fun in the heights!

 






I learned to eat a Korean Salad named Kimchee on my Hot Dog. jajja(really spicy)

My best friend

I remember praying to Heavenly Father to find someone that can fulfill my life with peace, love, respect and over all to make me feel closer to God. A companion and friend who can understand my culture my passions in life. I asked to be married to my best friend.

I remember looking this wonderful gentleman in my ward as only my friend both were doing our own stuff and following our own desires and thinking more carefully today...we didn't know that we would be together and I'm so happy that I chose him and he chose me. We are a good complement to each other and I'm very glad to follow the promptings of the Spirit and choose him as my husband.

Today I am sealed for time and all eternity to this wonderful man and I am going to spend the rest of the eternity with my best friend.
